1.0 Product and Process Control and Quality Retention
Records shall be retained at suppliers location a minimum of 7 years unless a longer retention period is specified on this purchase order or drawing. Disposition is destroy/unusable. The right of access by March Electronics, our customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.” Records and test results shall be provided upon request. Traceability is required by serial number, date code, batch and / or lot number. When sampling is used as a means of product acceptance, the sampling shall apply recognized statistical principles sampling to the criticality of the product and processes.
1.1 Manufactures Certificate of Conformance
Date code and or lot number certification is required to be submitted with product when available at no additional cost, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Certification of ROHS Compliance of product when applicable to product supplied
1.3 DFARS COMPLIANCE when applicable to product supplied,
DFARS252.225-7014, DFARS252.225-7008 and DFARS 252.225-7009
1.4 ITAR Requirement
The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding export controlled items.
2.0 Revision and Configuration Control  
Customer Drawings, manufacture drawings, and or Military Spec items must be to the latest revision level (LR) unless otherwise specified.
3.0 Prohibition of Pure Tin
Any Tin plating or Tin Solder processes shall contain NO Less than 3 percent LEAD Composition.
Exemption: If a Technical Data Package, Drawing or Military Specification referenced on this order specifies the use of pure tin finishes this prohibition is NOT applicable.
3.1 NADCAP APPROVED PROCESSER
When applicable approved source shall be listed on the current NADCAP processors web site. Subtier suppliers for Lockheed Martin contracts must be on the approved Lockheed Martin website or NADCAP certified for special processes.
4.0 NONCONFORMING PRODUCT
The seller shall not ship nonconforming material without prior written approval from customer Quality Assurance. If it is determined that nonconforming material has been delivered the seller shall notify  Customer Quality Assurance. Such notification shall include, but not be limited to purchase order number(s) part number(s) quantity of affected parts, date of shipment, ect…. 
4.1 PRODUCT CHANGE
The supplier must submit and or notify Quality Assurance of any changes in product, product location, sub tier supplier changes and or process deviation and, where required, obtain organization approval.

WAIVER OR DEVIATION: (nonconforming condition) continuing to add value to the item suppliers or subcontractor do not have the authority to process without customer approval.

Waiver- A written authorization to accept an item, which during production or inspection, is found to depart from specified requirements. Deviation, and Waiver are as follows: Deviation- A written authorization, granted prior to the manufacture of an item, to depart from a specification or drawing for a specific unit(s) or a specific period.
4.2 CORRECTIVE ACTION, PREVENTIVE ACTION REQUEST AND REPORTING
Seller Must provide effective corrective and preventive action upon request.
4.3 GIDEP Government / Industry Data Exchange Program
If seller is eligible for GIDEP membership, seller is required to be a member of GIDEP.
5.0 COUNTERFEIT PREVENTION
Seller shall establish and maintain a counterfeit prevention plan in reference to AS-5553 and AS-6174 to ensure that counterfeit work is not delivered.
6.0 ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE SENSITIVE DEVICES
Must meet MIL-STD 1686 and MIL-M-38510 as applicable. Packaging IAW MIL-STD129
7.0 FOD FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS/DAMAGE PREVENTION
Seller shall determine the need for and implement FOD PREVENTION AWARENESS PROGRAMS (IAW industry standard NAS 412 latest revision)
8.0 CONFLICT MATERIAL
Supplier must have a policy in place to assure that the Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten and gold in the products they produce or manufacture are conflict free IAW 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Customer Protection Act. If it is determined that the minerals used to manufacture the product was procured within conflict region the supplier shall state on the certificate of conformance “CONFLICT MATERIAL” and specify the region.
9.0 PRODUCT SAFETY ETHICAL BEHAVIOR
The supplier is to ensure that persons are aware of their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.
10.0 HUMAN TRAFFICKING
We expect our suppliers not to engage in the use of forced, bonded (including debt bondage) or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, or trafficking of persons. This includes transporting, harboring, recruiting, transferring, or receiving vulnerable persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, or fraud for the purpose of exploitation.
CHILD LABOR
We expect our suppliers to ensure that child labor is not used in the performance of work. The term “child” refers to any person under the minimum legal age for employment where the work is performed.
11.0 DFARS 252.204-7012
Suppliers must be incompliance which mandates the protection of controlled unclassified information/controlled technical information that are collected, developed, received and transmitted used or stored. This compliance must meet up to date and current security standards.
12.0 Priority Purchase Order Ratings
This is a rated order certified for national defense use, and you are required to follow all provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation (15 CFR 700) (FAR 52.211-15).
13.0 Information for External Providers
The right of access by the organization, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
14.0 Quality Management
Suppliers are to ensure that persons are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity and implement a quality management system.
